Bill's passion for teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) ignited in 1983, marking the beginning of his remarkable journey. In 1990, he took a monumental step by publishing his first ELT book, an achievement that would set the stage for a prolific writing career.

Bill has demonstrated his commitment to advancing English language education throughout his career. He has authored and co-authored a wide array of ELT materials, ranging from course books and supplementary resources to teacher training books and methodology guides. His work has been published by prestigious ELT publishers, including Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, Macmillan, Pearson-Longman, Mary Glasgow-Scholastic, and Burlington.

Bill's contributions have been widely recognized and celebrated in the ELT community. He is a two-time recipient of the English Speaking Union Awards, a testament to his excellence in ELT writing.
